No hotlinking of any kind ( loading images from from pages (or somewere else) not located in your apexxx.com account )

You can't try to cheat us by trying to hide our banners & text links, or by writing "Host's banners above", or "Don't click above", and so on. Cheating this service or a sponsor will result in your account being deactivated and permanently banned.

We may alter these terms at any time, or cancel, or modify this service at anytime we want without prior notice to you.

You don't have the right to resell your website space to anybody.

We make no warranty of any kind about the reliability of this service.

This service is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or removal or alteration of your webpages.

You are responsible to monitor your website and make backups of it.

Our decision is final in all cases.

Non-english sites (pages) are not allowed.

Maximum file size is 125k.. Files over this size will be deleted automatically.

If you ever do something illegal you take full responsibility for your acts.

Failure to abide by these terms will result in your website(s)
and account(s) terminated without prior notice.
